Troubleshooting

Our mobile field crew locates the cause of error (damaged or broken fiber, other optical issues), applies temporary repair in order to minimize or avoid network downtime and applies permanent repair based on partner feedback in existing aerial, subterranean or in-building optical networks providing complete documentation on the process.

Network analysis

Complete or partial analysis and documentation of existing optical networks on a request basis (OTDR, CMD, PM measurements and reports).
